Erica Buescher oversees grant administration and compliance. Her experience includes working with state and federal government grants that are managed by non-profits. 

Erica has worked in employment services for over 10 years, including numerous years with the Nebraska Department of Labor.  Erica lives in Northeast Lincoln with her family and has been involved in several community and youth sports programs over the past 18 years.
