As a Public Health Educator, Renee Massie worked to help reduce health disparities in underserved communities.  She played key roles in several successful local health outreach projects, including winning national recognition for the “Team Up! Tell A Friend” initiative. Renee was also instrumental in helping to pass health legislation, the Lincoln Smoking Regulation Act.  

Renee’s community engagement has included working on Lincoln community health task forces and serving as a board member for the Malone Center, St. Monica’s Behavioral Health Services For Women, the Community Mental Health Board, and participating in the People’s City Mission Volunteer Women’s Ministry.  Renee lives in Lincoln and is also an ordained minister.
